Allows to display the pager UI either at top or bottom of the Pivot Table UI.
The options available are:

• Top - Allows the pager UI to be displayed in top position of the Pivot Table UI.
• Bottom - Allows the pager UI to be displayed in bottom position of the Pivot Table UI.
