ErrorCorrectionLevel API in React Barcode API component

Indicated the recovery capacity of the qrcode. The default capacity levels are

• Low
• Medium
• Quartile
• High
• High - The Recovery capacity is 30%(approx.)
• Low - The Recovery capacity is 7%(approx.)
• Medium - The Recovery capacity is 15%(approx.)
• Quartile - The Recovery capacity is 25%(approx.)
