Disabled the datepicker component in EJ2 JavaScript Datepicker control

To disable the DatePicker, use its enable
property.
The following example demonstrates the DatePicker in a disabled state.
var datepicker = new ej.calendars.DatePicker({
placeholder: 'Choose a date',
// sets the enabled
enabled:false
});
datepicker.appendTo('#element');
