StepType API in JavaScript (ES5) Stepper API control

Defines whether steps are display with only indicator, only labels or combination of both.

• Default - Steps are shown indicator with label defined.
• Indicator - Steps are shown with only indicator.
• Label - Steps are shown with only label.
