Defines the type of change that triggered the annotationChanged/ formFieldsChanged event.
It identifies the last action performed on an annotation/ form fields so that
listeners (such as persistence or collaboration modules) can react
appropriately.

• Add - Indicates that a new annotation / form fields has been created.
• Delete - Indicates that an existing annotation / form fields has been removed.
• Modify - Indicates that an existing annotation / form fields has been updated.
