ZoomMode API in Angular Chart API component

Defines the zooming mode. They are:

X,Y - Chart will be zoomed with respect to both the vertical and horizontal axis.
X - Chart will be zoomed with respect to the horizontal axis.
Y - Chart will be zoomed with respect to the vertical axis.
